What: What is Social Engineering?

Social engineering engagements are an evaluation of the non technical aspects of organizational security - identifying vulnerabilities in physical, employee or organizational security.

Companies establish policies (whether for compliance requirements or best practices) and provide training to employees; however, there is no benchmark for employee adherence.
